Our Rooms
Subtle shades of teal, blue and grey are mixed with raw wood, stone and botanical motifs and crisp white linen. Our rooms are decorated with beautiful rustic details giving each room a unique and quirky sense of style.
Karoo Poort Guesthouse has four luxurious rooms
We offer free Wifi and all rooms are equipped with a desk, a comfortable chair, wardrobe, flat-screen smart TV with Nextflix streaming service, fan, heater, and a coffee/tea station with complimentary rusks.
Our beds are fitted with luxurious crisp white linen and extra blankets. We provide soft fresh towels to make you feel at home.
Three rooms are en-suite and fourth room has a separate bathroom.
All our rooms allow for a maximum of 2 guests per room. Children: 0 – 2 stay for free when sharing with their parents. 3 – 18-year-olds pay 100% of the overnight rate.
There is an option of booking breakfast at an additional cost. A full English breakfast is served Mondays to Saturdays 07:30 to 09:00 and Sundays 08:00 to 09:30.
Braai packs are available upon request if you reserve the braai area to have your own braai. Braai package to be arranged ahead of time.
Our rooms are non-smoking but guests are welcome to smoke at our covered braai area which is our dedicated smoking area.
We are unfortunately not currently pet friendly but can recommend a kennel or pet-sitter if given advanced notice.
We offer secure off-street parking with an electric fence for additional security and peace of mind.

Our Tankwa room (24 m²) sleeps 2 guests in an elegant room with hardwood floors, furnished with 2 comfortable single beds which can easily be converted into a king-size bed upon the guests’ request. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. The room also has a closet, work desk, comfortable chairs, free Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, fan, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. All our rooms are furnished with luxurious crisp white linen and fresh towels. Extra blankets are provided for those cooler evenings.
